Our Team
The Pioneers were founded in 2018 with the intent of addressing inequalities in STEM education. The team now works in collaboration with students from 4 different schools from all over Nashville: RePublic High School, MLK Jr Magnet High School, Hume-Fogg Academic High School, and Franklin Road Academy.
"The Pioneers were founded on the basis of equal opportunity for people of all identities and backgrounds. Our mission is to uplift underrepresented communities by offering them meaningful experiences in STEM and encouraging them to pursue STEM in higher education, through the FIRST® Robotics Competition."
